The practice of create your day has been around for many years and used by many people around the world. It is designed for the person to express, direct and lead themselves to achieving all the desired outcomes that they plan for their day. This ultimately leads into planning their week, month, year and life. Ensuring they achieve their desired outcome. The practice is through using words, visualizations and dreams to identify what they are seeking.
